Welcome to the WOW exercise group where we aim to Work Out Well and find some time for workouts and activity around busy lives. The convenience of online workouts can be useful if you have challenging schedules, or want a boost between gym sessions or just need the benefit of a friendly, experienced and knowledgeable coach. There is no contract, but some accountability and definitely a collaborative environment.
The group is a positive and easy going space with a sense of connection, which is why we all keep coming back.
I am on hand to answer any questions or offer advice and support with any physical activity or specific exercise related queries, which is useful for anyone unsure about any issues they may have or lacks confidence.
If for any reason you do not make the live zoom classes then I save workouts on Facebook (FB) live to allow anyone from the group to do them at a later date independently at any other time outside of the live sessions - please note only I am visible though on that recording.
In my day job I lecturer in higher education around the areas of exercise science and therapy so my classes are based on safe effective current scientific guidance.
Sessions to suit a variety of needs and fun: cardio, strength, neuromuscular and HIIT sessions, short and long, (the Friday strength workout is a favourite).
For the live classes online, you can take options for pay as you go or flat monthly fee.
£3.00 per class - pay as you
£10.00 per month for 1 class a week
£20.00 for all or as many classes you can make
I have a PayPal Account set up or you can DD to my bank.
In addition there is now a face to face class taking place on Thursdays. I can provide more Information and details of these upon request.
